I have been researching foreclosure properties sold through auctions and keep seeing the name Hudson and Marshall.  Could you tell me more about the Hudson & Marshall company?

Can I choose the title company for the title transfer or even use a title company that I may own or operate?

The title company to be used for the property transfer of the Hudson & Marshall Auction property will be specified in the purchase agreement document.

How long will the closing take with the property I purchase from Hudson and Marshall Auction?
